Irish Statute Books content/text changes?

What is the procedure for the text to be altered in Irish Statute Books. I used be able to quote a certain section for years and recently last year or so the relevant text is gone and been replaced. Is it just down to amendments to certain acts etc. I had a tutor who I pointed out to that the online Statute Book differed…

I had a tutor who I pointed out to that the online Statute Book differed ever so slightly to the printed versions that all were using.

The tutor went online inclass and backed up my little finding and said he hadn't come across such before.

The section was 3.2 Litter Pollution Act 1997 sect 3.2.

It used have a line in it "carrying on a business trade or activiety in a manner that creats or tends to create litter"

Any input appreciated.
