Quick question about the P50

    Hi, just wondering if anyone can answer me this question. When I send in my P50 and P45 will P45 be sent back to me?
    Also, I went back to college, am not claiming, does this effect my claim?

    No - They will more than likely keep it .

    Before you send it on , photocopy P45 and P50 , and all other claim documents as well .

    Sometimes original documents are returned , but its best eb safe than sorry.

    Going to college will not affect a tax claim . Your unused tax credits should be available to claim ( Sept-Dec )
