not sure if this is correct location but I have a small issue and hopefully somebody can help me! I basically signed up for wimax mobile internet broadband and the contract was for a year, during the summer I moved address and wimax no longer worked at my new address,I was 9 months into my contract.I rang and asked to cancel it to which they told me that wasnt there problem and that I had signed a contract for that address and it didnt matter if I had moved address! they wanted 100 euro cancelation fee, I told them they werent providing me with a sevice so I wasnt goin to pay.Every month or so now and the latest bein today, they call me looking for money! I consider it harrassment! I want to know can they do this? & am I correct in not paying?? Please any help appreciated

You changed the terms of the original contract so as per contract should have paid the penalty fee. And gotten on with your moving from there.

Its up to you to swallow this one, not them.
