Hi Folks, Just a general "What If" question. If someone decided to make a complaint to the Gardai for Harassment, but the claim is 100% false and the Gardai decide not to pursue the claim as they find it to be false. Would the accused be in a position to file a defamation claim ? Thanks, TA.
