Derry have a 3 year European ban which will have to be overturned.

    Could well be

Bohs :D who's next after Bohs, BRAY IN EUROPE:eek:

Are Bohs definitely ahead of us in the rankings for if Derry don't get the spot?(which they shouldn't)

Is that actually confirmed anywhere in the LOI rulebook? I know you get the spot after we didn't win the cup but from what I've read nothing else looks clear. I mean given the FAI have a choice to nominate either the Cup runners up or next in the league, how far down do you actually go before they make the other choice? If you've no Derry and no Bohs (a distinct possibility) you're down to 6th in the league ahead of cup runners up when they have a choice of which to nominate?
