    Hi everyone,

    We're running a FREE Kettlebell Workshop here at SanoVitae this Saturday (Nov 12) at 11am.

    It'll be a 45 minute workshop, covering the fundamentals of kettlebell training. Ideal for beginners.

    So if you've ever wanted to try out a class, here's your chance.

    PM me to book a place because there are only 15 places available (our workshops today and on Thursday are already booked out).
