    Hi,

Need to get some for an upcoming trip - has anyone got any recently and how much did you pay out of interest?

    Thanks!

If you have a Medical Card you can get a 30 day supply on it for free!

Do you really need Malarone? Few places have bad enough malaria to actually make it worthwhile.

If you do, I can never recall seeing a months supply for less than €90...

They are the most expensive ones because there supposed to have the fewest side effects but I was the unfortunate 1 in whatever number of people to be effected.

Worst part of my whole trip and nearly landed me in hospital, so be aware that if you are affected, that is bad! well in my experience

    Hi,

Might be worth googling where you're going to see if you can buy it over the counter where you are? When I was in Thailand, we bought doxycycline in Boots in Bangkok for about 1/8 price of what it was in Ireland!! not sure if Malarone is the same or not but worth checking out to see...
