Hi all just would like to know if anyone has had this problem, new hkc hardwired panel around 20 contacts wired in series at the panel on one zone (pirs on all the others) and getting GROSS false triggers on that zone. The contacts are standard not shock, would it be that there are too many on the one zone? cheers

Could be a bad connection as well. If there are no inertia sensors Gross & Pulse should be set to zero.

The max allowed on a zone is 10. You should break this zone up over any remaining zones. Also check all connections in the sensors.

That will either solve it or make it much easier to find.;)

    Your welcome,

With only contacts installed this setting should be set on 0. Breaking up of that zone is the best option to take.
