    Hi Folks

Sorry, i know this has been asked before.
I'm currently in recovery mode after DCM. At the end of this month, would like to start improving my speed over shorter distances (5k, 5mile, 10k).

Would like a good plan to work from.

Think there was a couple of these mentioned on this site previously.

Think mcmillan might have plans for these distances. Any help appreicated.

Why would you want to do that? Everyone knows that longer is better. You've done a marathon now the only way to go is an ultra or a double. Maybe MdS?

    ha!

    hey PDCAT,

Why dont you join the "dcm withdrawls - 5 mile chalenge" in the training log section.

E.coli is helping us a)recover from DCM B) train for a 5 miler at the end of january.

so i reckon it'll be a good intro into intervals, strides, threshold pace... etc for us novices.
