Toyosi accused dies on morning of trial

    The Central Criminal Court has heard that a Dublin man accused of murdering 15-year-old schoolboy Toyosi Shtabey has died after being taken to hospital this morning.

    39-year-old Paul Barry was due to stand trial today for killing the teenager in Tyrellstown last year.

    Barry along with his younger brother Michael of Pigeon House Road were charged last year with the murder of Toyosi Shttabey who was stabbed in Tyrellstown.

    The two were to stand trial today but senior counsel Patrick Gageby informed the court that he had been instructed his client Paul Barry was deceased.


    That's a weird one..

    He may have been guilty, I don't know.
    What I do know is that many people have been accused of things they haven't done.

    Innocent till proven guilty. I like the way that works.
