    I ordered a new computer from Hardwareversand.de last month and it arrived in Ireland on the 28th of October, the following Tuesday the 1st of November the shipment was being prepared for delivery to my house presumably but then it was delayed until the next working day however the next day it never arrived and they haven't updated nor delivered the computer up till today.

    My question is can I collect it from a depot, I rang DHL Ireland and they said they don't handle DHL germany deliveries so where can I go to collect it?

    Once it reaches ireland its handed over to An Post. You can use your tracking number here:

    Or else just ring them up and see what the story is.
