Tauras PT99 Pistol Seals

    Handgun experts...

Myself and a mate purchased 2 x Tauras PT99 Hand Guns (fully automatic, Co2 Gas Powered) in the last 4 months, we are having a few problems with the seals, both guns have gone down twice in a matter of months. I'm sure I would be able to fix this issue myself and I have heard its best to use a little gearbox grease for example on the seal to help fully seal it.

My question...Has anyone any idea where I could pick up a packet of seals or is there a kit for fixing this issue easily oneself?

I have tried Hobby Airsoft and SG and some websites but no joy, much appreciated!

Love this gun but it is seriously letting me down!!

Ps...Any other tips on looking after this gun are also welcome including the myth that leaving the CO2 in the mag is good / bad for the gun???

With regards to leaving the co2 canister in the gun... Wouldn`t recommend it.

It happen to me to find some seals that are quite like the ones in PT99s... We can try them..? Best thing I would say is to pop in to the store and we`ll weld them in, see how it goes... If they`ll fit, of course.
Send me a pm if still interested.
