Yes but it's a tethered jb at the minute read the stickys there their for this very reason

You can break it tethered for now if you're in a hurry and break again once untethered is released.

If your lucky enough to have a 3GS Old Bootrom you can jailbreak untethered.

Can verify it works cos have done it on my own.:D
