Whats this button for subscribers ?

Hiya folks.

Just noticed a big circular button for "subscribers", top right on the home page (next to I am new here.....)

Im a subscriber, so, wondering what it does, I clicked it and got message

You may be trying to post in a restricted forum such as Soccer, or one of the many private forums on boards.ie.

What does it do and as a subscriber, is there anything there for me?

That would be an outdated link that depended upon a now superceded post in the N&F forum.
