I let a property 2months ago and I went to check on it today and the windows, sills and walls were covered in condensation and mould . This happened due to the widows, blinds and curtains being shut since the tenant moved in. All vents have been closed as well. No heat has been on. What can I do ? I don't want to be left with a bill to totally renovate the property when they move out. Should i cut my losses now and give them notice before the winter comes ?
