    could anyone reccomend a decent photography course?
    i would like to eventually become good at it so not looking at some crappy course.
    ive seen this one online

    Just finished the www.iop.ie beginners course was great and would recommend it to anyone just starting out in photography.

    I'm thinking about doing the improvers course after Christmas.

    Do you need a cert or diploma or you just want to learn how to create nice/breathtaking images?

    Hey!
    I didn't post this question, but I'm also looking for a complete beginner's photography course. Ideally one for an SLR camera (I think) that will teach about lighting, shutter speed etc.
    The courses in the IOP look good - any other recommendations?

    Dublin Camera Club if you are in town (or indeed check out a local camera club if not as many will offer beginners courses). Normally there will be organised classes for many clubs in January (for the after Christmas market).
