Im thinking about renting out my house. We are leaving a country for a couple of years.
Not sure how to go about it and where to advertise.
Its a new 5 bed house in north co.cork. it has 2 stables and 5 acres grazing..
What would be a going rent rate?
    Thanks

The Irish Field would be worth a try maybe.

Might be worth your while getting in contact with some of the riding clubs locally to put the word out or some of the local hunts.

Advertising in as many places as possible would be a good idea - The Irish Field, the Irish Farmers' Journal, donedeal.ie, etc. as well as local tack/feed shops, riding clubs, riding centres.
