This race is listed on the Cork BHAA calender for the 20th Nov but not much info given. Anyone know what the distance is and what the course will be like? If its starting and finishing in Mount Oval it must be a tough hilly course.

    Cheers.

It's 6 miles distance. Race HQ is Mount Oval bar so race must aldo be starting and finishing from there. Don't know what the course is but would be surprised if went down clarkes hill as too narrow. Maybe Carrs hill coning off the wide hard shoulder? Will be hilly either way. On Sunday 11am start.

...And its in aid of Movember, the Prostate Cancer awareness campaign!

.....That was/is my one :( (then), (now) ....I'd like to do this race, but Munster Masters XC is on tomorrow, and Club allegiance takes priority!
