Deadlift Problems

Is there many strength exercises I can use for hamstrings which would be just as effective as a deadlift? I just can't do a deadlift without ending up with a crippling pain in my upper glute/lower back area, the right hand side only. I'm trying to jus to leg curls but they don't seem to get all of the muscle.

I've had somebody look at my form and they said it's fine. I've a twisted and tilted pelvis so this causes endless trouble with my hammys and lower back if I aggravate it.

I play football so I'm looking for speed and power.

    Any advice/help would be appreciated

Get your twisted and tilted pelvis before doing any training on it if you can.

Have to close this as any advice may lead to further injury.
