I'll start by saying i haven't been hard done by by a bouncer, but i was just wondering under what Act are they governed. Or are they? I know the PSA regulate the licensing of bouncers and the regulations of wearing the ID's, but what about the "powers" they have. Any info would be great, Google has let me down for the…

There is a huge amount of law dealing with being a bouncer, but perhaps little legislation.

I was thinking that after trying a bit of research. I got the PSA stuff, but there's nothing stating what they can and cannot do. Oh how i live these grey areas.
