I'm planning on hitting the city for new years eve. I was wondering if anyone knows anywhere I'd get a house for the night on the relative cheap.

why not just stay in a hotel if its only for one night. Call me paranoid but the minute i read your post I thought of the "houses" being rented out for race week, and other events in the city. The specifically need a "house" to rent as they conduct a certain type of business on busy nights in the town. :D

haha it'll be easier and cheaper for me to squeeze 15 people into a 3bed house than it would be into the spanish arch hotel!
