Tyres for my Smart

Will need to go get 4 tyres for the Smart soon, but having an ape of a time trying to get a matching set for all 4. Want something well known, with decent grip and low noise (EPM'll tell you how noisy the bugger is on it's own without any wheel noise thrown in the mix!). I just can't seem to find a set that fit all 4 which are from the same company and are the same model.

Front size is 175/50/16, Rears are 205/45/16. There's little or no wheel arch clearance so I can't oversize unfortunately. Thinking it's not possible? At the moment there's Yokohamas on the front, and Infinitys on the rear (Cack, but hilarious for a few seconds of crappy drifting).

    Camskill all the way!
Plenty of selection on the 205/45/16 on there anyway from all the top brands.

As you said only Yokohamas for the front, which camskill are saying are specifically for a Smart ForTwo Brabus.

Why do they have to be same model front and back?

I did, but it made no real sense. You'll find it hard / next to impossible to find a match with those sizes and it'll make no real difference.

What you need to be sure of, is that both wheels on the same axel have the same tyres. If front axel, and rear axel are different, no real worry. Just try to match quality and pattern size and away you go.

Online is your best bet, camskill or eiretyres.

You are saying that there is not a manufacturer who makes both those sizes?

I think he is saying he can't find a good brand and model for both front and back that are in stock and can ship to Ireland.
