    does anyone know how to cancel the free trial of the norton esecurity.
    it has been causing my computer to slow down and freezes.

    i have been on eircoms site and have been on the eircom dashboard. no joy.

    I have seen other request to do same on the Norton support site. This link takes you to a thread dealinf with this issue. Hope it helps.
