Laptop Won't Run Normally after reboot

have a new laptop ( well 9 months old now ) it crashed on me , i didnt have a backup of operating system so had to call dell , give them service tag number and they re-issued me new installation cd's ( which is fine ) at least i have them in future , i also got a utilities disk which apparently has all the programs but…

but some programs are not on this disk , windows movie maker , lojack software etc , and the laptop is a little sluggish more than normal , i done a complete re-install

any ideas how i get the exact set pf programs that came with it ??

-download,
-install.
