So, My brother came into my house the other day, with some hot sauce for me, I love hot sauce, but I'm at a loss as to what to do other than like taco's an curry an stuff like that..

I've used the "Tabasco" pepper sauce that ya can buy all over the place, but my brother brought me in, some "Cholula Hot Sauce" some Nandos Piri Piri Hot Sauce, and one in a box, Nando's Piri Piri Essence Hot Sauce...

Wanna try do some new things or can someone recommend some things that will be nice? An not just boring owl mince tacos, or a few drops on pizza an pasta..

    Thanks Guys...

Heres pictures if none of ya's have seen them..

The Nandos sauce one isn't that hot, the essence might be a bit hotter.
I toss it in with diced chicken and roast it, serve with chips

Chicken Wings! You can use any of those sauces but Franks is the best imo

so where do you get this cholula sauce you speak of?

I had some on a wrap a few weeks ago, it was on baggot street Dublin, the place was right beside the wellington Inn. it was delicious!
they had an "inferno" sauce also, in a similar type bottle.
Does anyone know where to get these?!!

Franks sauce on wings are the best, If I want to make spicey pasta or spicey sauce like chiilli or stirfrys etc I use Mics Chilli Inferno.

I like to use some oil with some hotsauce to marinade chicken or pork in, then in the oven on 200C for 20-30mins (the pork is always beautiful).

I got Blair's Death Hotsauce off a friend who was given it but wouldnt eat it, its the spiciest hotsauce Ive had, I can only use a tiny bit or its too much.

Does anyone know where I can get Frank's hot sauce? I have a good recipe for Buffalo wings which calls for it, and up to now I've been making the Frank's sauce myself, but I would like to try the real thing.

The recipe is here, by the way :D
