36g is abit of over kill unless you have high flyin birds. 7s 32grams are more than enough

Over a good setting dog 28gr7 or 71/2 is plenty.

I use 32 g 6's in my semi with 1/2 choke. Good article I read recently explained that 6's in a 1/2 choke has 25% extra kinteic energy that a no 7....in saying that once you have the right address does it matter what stamp you use.:D;)

hi as a rule of thumb if your using a 28 in auto is much the same as a 30 inch sporter with the reciver on the auto not quiet sure of the ins and outs of it but 1/4 choke should be enough with a load like that im using a 26 inch skeet gun fill up the pattern i found some 34 gram 10s so i will use them for the first week and drop back to my rc4 shells then

I always use 1/2 in the auto for pheasants.
Good to see another user of the 5's out there :D

Use what cartridges you feel most comfortable with that will give you a quick clean kill, nothing worse then feather ticklers aka too light of a load on the cartridge. Prepare yourself mentally by using what you feel will give you results.

Half choke on bottom barrel and three quarter on top is what I use, use the same duck shooting too.
