    Hi,

I was fixing a problem on my navigation screen on my lexus is220d, there yesterday.
Basically the microphone volume was too low and needed to be replaced.

I removed the old one, and put in a replacement. Anyway, after putting everything back together, I started the car only to get "Check VSC" on the dash. The manual says that means the stability control is disabled. I read online that that message also comes up for a number of other faults, so a full diagnostics with dealer lever equipment is the only way to find out.

I've an nct shortly, so i'd be super greatful if anyone had any suggestions or know any indy with excellent diagnostics gear? Or am I forced to go to the stealership?
Lexus charge by the hour and when I called then I got the impression they would n't be too familiar with this kinda problem.

Thanks guys really hoping I can get this fixed before my nct in 10 days! :)

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 mins - that can reset some of the lesser faults stored in cars.
