    I have a three month warranty on a used car, just wondering if there's a problem do i have to go to the dealer i bought it from or can i use any garage?

    depends if the dealer gave you the warranty yourself or bought it from a warranty company like mapfree for example. if its just from him you will have to go back there, if its a warranty company any vat registered garage will do

    A used car warranty from an independant garage on only with the garage you bought it from.

    A dealer warranty on a new car or dealer approved used car can be claimed at any dealer(of the same manufacturer of course).
