Hi, I wasn't sure where to put this, but I thought it might be an appropriate place to ask.

We're after launching a community alert area in our locality, and we are considering putting up a website, which will be small, and only have a few pages for general information.

We also have to get a domain name, which is available.

The question I have is who would be the best provider to go to, on the basis of reliability and cost?

Further to that, we don't allow hosting recommendation discussion on boards due to a long history of such threads being more trouble than they are worth.
