Woke this morning to my car wipers going, seat belt warning going, ac and rear window heaters flashing.

Took it too the Ford garage and was told £4-500 to fix this.

Can anyone help at all? Anyone in the same boat found a cheaper solution?

Getting the battery disconnected so I dont have to leave the keys in to stop it.

Quick fix but im not the richest.

    2006 Focus LX 1.6 Petrol.

Could be water related from the floods, the fuse box in the Focus engine compartment is fairly exposed, perhaps if this is the cause drying it out may resolve it.

My mate just came up to disconnect the battery. When I tried to show him the problem nothing happened. So hopefully its sorted itself out now.

Pity Ford didnt tell me to leave it and see if it fixes itself.
