Found this guy outside the cattle shed in daylight yesterday. No visual signs of injury but he is very dopey and appears to have a cold with runny nose and a bit queezy in breathing. His eye looks good though and he can raise spines when touched on the head but not curl into a ball. Wonder is he just going into hibernation ?
I put him in the corner of the shed in a cardboard box on its side so he can get out if he wants, and covered it with hay. Wonder too should I offer him food and if so what?
