hoping someone can help me out here,i have installed a viessmann vitodens 100,with wireless controls and weather compensation, anyway, the customer has "cleaned up" the manuals that i had left beside boiler i.e thinks she threw them out! i have still to wire the weather comp and was wondering if someone could tell me if the four connections on the sensor itself have to be wired back to the block in boiler or is it only 2,they are both numbered 1 to 4 and as it is my first one to install im a bit stuck! any help greatly appreciated,

    Outside temperature sensor (accessory)
    1. Plug the lead supplied with the out-side temperature sensor into socket "X21".
    2. Connect the outside temperature sensor to terminals 3 and 4.

with a weather compensator does it fire up the boiler by over riding the time clock??? If there was a temperature changes outside.
or does it only work when the heating on..

Only when heating is on. The old WB1A used to do that but not the WB1B
