4s problem

    Have updated my 4s from iCloud backup and I keep getting an error every few seconds that won't go away saying 'the iTunes store is unable too process your request the item on order is not available in your selected country with your apple I'd ' I've checked all my downloads and nothing pending please help its driving me mad!

    Are you connecting via wifi or a mobile apn?

    Are you able to do any Internet activities I.e could a firewall be causing your issue. Try deleting the iCloud account from the iCloud settings and re adding I found the issue to be with incorrect passwords set on the restore files for different things but was sorted after re adding
