Anyone else have trouble paying fees?? Mine keeps coming up that I don't have any outstanding fees but in my financial details bit I can see what I owe them.
And they are so bloody hard to get in contact with!!

Same as. Finally got through to the fees office after about 2 or 3 hours of ringing and they said the deadline has been extended to the 14th of November.

Well they were really clear with sharing that information! I rang and emailed everyday for a month, with no answer or reply. As a result I'm putting in a formal complaint. I'm distance learning so not in the galway area to go directly to the office, but the PG officer from the SU went over on my behalf and got them to sort it. They're an absolute disgrace of an office. When asked why the hadn't answered emails or phone calls in a month they said they were "too busy". Eh, too busy doing what??? Not their job obviously. Incompetent fools.:mad::mad::mad:

you will have to go into the office to get the giro. See my previous post...if it hadn't been the SU, I would still be waiting 5 weeks after my initial request to receive it
