Just wondering can you get an exterior self levelling compound for an exterior balcony with would have Asphalt on it....

The fall seems to have dipped in one half of balcony and water is not getting away as it should to the gully....

Sounds like more of a problem with the roof underneath than then floor itself. I wouldn't just want to level it off and leave it. The roof is falling for a reason.
