Just wondering what my next step is folks, blue wire is connected to blue wire and black wire is connected to black wire, what do I do with the green wire with the copper circle on the end?

So it's earthed, put it under the screw where the other one is.

Or just cut off the crimp (copper circle), strip it back a sufficient amount and stick it in the remaining connector -- it's the same thing.
