Dublin Bus route 13

Has anyone else been left waiting ages for this bus, it's supposed to be every 15-20 minutes depending on the time of day but I have waited a lot longer than that at times. I Miss the 51's!

This is being discussed on the Dublin Bus Network Review thread. Basically the 13 has not been given enough running time to get between termini which means buses are running late. To try to get them back on schedule controllers are regulating certain buses to run to the City Centre which is causing gaps in service & non-appearance of some buses.
