It seems they have a northern Ireland phone number but an Irish mobile number, any idea where they're from, and is the service reliable? is the satelite better than the normal aerial? I can only get 30 channels with my aerial, 25 are crystal clear, I cant get UTV and ITV 2+1 and ITV3 are always pixelated and distorted sound. Would this satelite company be a good option? are there any cheaper companys that are reliable?

According to http://astraltv.ie/ they have an Irish phone number (0449345055). That is a Mullingar number. 0044 would be for the UK, and 048 is the shortcut to NI numbers from the south, so you were maybe thinking of either of those codes.
