Might as well get this posted up early as the sooner the Ravens week 7 performance is forgotten about the better :D

    Sunday

    Dolphins V Giants (6pm)
    Jaguars V Texans (6pm)
    Colts V Titans (6pm)
    Vikings V Panthers (6pm) (Sky Sports 2)
    Saints V Rams (6pm)
    Cardinals V Ravens (6pm)

    Lions V Broncos (9:05pm) (Sky Sports 2)
    Redskins V Bills (9:05pm)

    Patriots V Steelers (9:15pm)
    Browns V 49ers (9:15pm)
    Bengals V Seahawks (9:15pm)

    Cowboys V Eagles (01:20am) (Channel 4)

    Monday

    Chargers V Chiefs (01:30am) (ESPN)

Some good match-ups there, especially the Patriots V Steelers which I'm disappointed isn't being shown on Sky.

Even though I really enjoy watching the Lions play, I'm very surprised (and disappointed) Sky looked past the Steelers vs Pats game.

Got a wedding to go to this weekend followed by a celebration on the second day (Sunday) thankfully my Eagles are playing late so hopefully I can sneak off to "bed" about 1am and watch the game form the comfort of my hotel room :D:D:D

The only reason I can think of not showing that game must be the whole story with Tebow, been his first start at home this season.
Not really much help anyhow in my case, as I don't have Sky sports.

Some very good matchups this week

And I'm intrigued by the Redskins in Buffalo, could be a good one
Both teams one game behind their division leader

Hopefully joe cool (don't know how he got that nickname, he's anything but cool) will bounce back against an awful defense that even the Vikings with McNabb could score 34 points against... but if he bounces back that means that he will be awful the next week against the Steelers and won't be able to score the 14 requisite points for winning a game against them with our defense.

    Colts 0 - 100 Titans

    :(

bye week for the Bears, so at least for a week I can actually relax and enjoy watching a game ,
watching the Bears this season so far has been so nerve racking (apart from playing minnesota)

    Sunday

    Dolphins V Giants (6pm)
Can only see a Giants victory here. The Dolphins will be doing themselves no favours if they win

    Jaguars V Texans (6pm)
Probably the Texans here since they are the home team but the Jags will be brimmed with confidence after the upset on MNF.

    Colts V Titans (6pm)
Titans here. CJ to get his running game going. More pressure to pile on Caldwell (and rightly so IMO)

    Vikings V Panthers (6pm) (Sky Sports 2)
Really looking forward to this one. Hopefully AP isn't injured so we can see both teams going hard. Ponder impressed me a bit last week. Much more interesting game than if McNabb was starting.

    Saints V Rams (6pm)
Upset of the Weekend here. Check it out. If not Steve Spagnulo could be in a spot of bother.

    Cardinals V Ravens (6pm)
Kevin Kolb Krap. Ravens in a whitewash.

    Lions V Broncos (9:05pm) (Sky Sports 2)
Tough one to call here again. Defences seem to have figured out the Lions attack a lot and with Jahvid Best out they have lost a sense of swagger they had beforehand. They should really be 4-3 if it wasn't for Tony Romo. I see them winning but I don't see them going on another Win Streak all season.

    Redskins V Bills (9:05pm)
The Toronto Game. Teams are 3-9 coming off a bye week. I see this trend continuing. Redskins victory.

    Patriots V Steelers (9:15pm)
Should be a cracker. Tom Brady has their D sussed out whilst Big Ben has quietly been pretty good the last few weeks and could take advantage of the Pats Secondary. Heart says Steelers but head Pats. I'll go with Pats but will be cheering on Pittsburgh.

    Browns V 49ers (9:15pm)
49ers here to go 6-1
I find the Browns so boring.

    Bengals V Seahawks (9:15pm)
The crowd in Seattle to Andy Dalton a hard time here. Should be close enough.

    Cowboys V Eagles (01:20am) (Channel 4)
Can't wait for this one. It really is a playoff knockout game. The loser can probably forget playing post season. I'm going to go with the Cowboys on this one with DB88 to have huge game. Oh and Mike Vick to have some sort of injury to be talked about for the next week. Whether its a concussion or a bruised Ego.

    Monday

    Chargers V Chiefs (01:30am) (ESPN)
I smell another upset here. The Chiefs have been very good since Week 3 and it's good to see the AFC West being contended well.
Rivers (my pick for MVP this season :o ) has been stinking. Gates is constantly injured, VJAX will be double teamed so the Chargers will need to rely on Matthews (great to watch) and fat arse Micky T to rob his TD's on the 1 yard line. :pac: (The League reference for any watchers of the show)

2 unusual choices for Sky this week. The Steelers/Pats game is the obvious stand out, but if I'm being honest, I'm a bit Steelered and Patrioted-out over the past 4 or 5 years.

Like seeing the Broncos, obviously, and it will be interesting to see that Lions D against Tebow. That said, the Broncos have been a major disappointment every time they have been televised recently, and are out of it for this season already.

Prolly skip the Vikes/Panthers, maybe watch redzone instead.

Sky+ for Cowboys/Eagles and see if I can avoid the result Tueday morning!

    Hear hear.

Au contraire buddy, we're in the afc west lol, we're probably not going anywhere but the raiders, chargers and chiefs are hardly the most terrifying teams to have in your division these days.. I wouldnt rule anything in or out in our division til its a mathematic certainty, this is a division that went to the wire last year, had a team go 6-0 in it and finish 3rd (oakland), has its regular winner **** up every playoff appearance or big game without fail, had us blow 3 game leads twice in two years.... i wouldnt count any chickens there just yet, and that's not me saying we're going anywhere this year

great to have another broncos fan around fwiw

Looking for my Ravens to hammer the Cards in Baltimore.
After the offenses night of shame in Jacksonville.

However, credit where it's due, the Jags D played great. I certainly underestimated them

And it's the return of Tood Heap who is injured afaik
    But a Baltimore legend

Had no idea that both Cam and image.php?u=10393&type=sigpic&dateline=1318835558 were on Sky back-to-back today. Awesome :D

    Sunday

    Dolphins V Giants
    Dolphins' misery continues.

    Jaguars V Texans
Texans to take one big I think.

    Colts V Titans
Titans win easily but CJ doesn't impress (again)

    Vikings V Panthers
Vikings to upset the odds (slightly) here.

    Saints V Rams
Brees to have another monster game.

    Cardinals V Ravens
Ravens get things back on track after last week's disaster.

    Lions V Broncos
Stafford steals the show from Tebow :p

    Patriots V Steelers
Will be a very good game I'd say, Patriots to shade it.

    Browns V 49ers
49ers to blow the Browns away and go 6-1

    Redskins V Bills
    Bills to edge this.

    Bengals V Seahawks
Bengals to just about shade this, Seahawks to rattle them though.

    Cowboys V Eagles
A must win game for Cowboys or else they can forget about the playoffs. I think they'll win though and make me happy :)

    Monday

    Chargers V Chiefs
    Chargers to destroy the Chiefs.

    Cardinals Oline are atrocious

Kolb sacked three times already by three different players, from the left, right and up the middle

    Love it :D

That throw by Newton has fully converted me now as a Cam Newton Fan. Unbelievable throw.

Baltimore fans have turned into Eagles fans

Flacco and the offense booed off the field after three and outs twice now

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,144 ✭✭✭Benny Cake

Ya, been reading a bit on some ravens forums this morning and there is very little love for Flacco at the moment, theres a real feeling that he's holding back this ravens offense..

    Matt Moore >>>>> Cam Newton

Matt Moore on fire in the Giants/Dolphins game.

Dolphins up 11 at the minute.

F*cking hell, Flacco sacked & fumbled, recovered by the cardinals, disaster

Cam Newton. Top end guy. A inspiration to what a No 1 pick should be for a team.

Also ill say it for the millionth time Flacco is pants. Has everything needed to be a Pro QB bar the mental ability. Put in Taylor he's a gamer.

If it was still his rookie year he'd be getting credit but the problem is that he hasnt progressed as a player from that at all

Pass intercepted by Flacco now, cardinals score a TD on the resulting possession, he's having a f*cking mare!!

He just gets scared ****less. Like seriously he's a woman (the arm car warrior's definition of course :p) jsut gets too easily spooked. If anything he looks exactly like Christain Ponder does at the moment. Deer in the headlights. Taylor at least has the scrambling ability if there's nothing on you don't want ****ing lumbering Joe moving around.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,546 ✭✭✭Masked Man

Not good for the Ravens! Although it might pick up on this drive.

Early games actually kinda good so far. Thought they'd be horrible.

what's the story with the Saints today?... they'll probably still win but they should be killing the Rams, they're terrible

EDIT: 10-0 STL now, what the ****?

Yeah he's been sensational all year. Pity those around him on defense havent followed his example. All Vikings 14 points today basically down to him. I can't remember how long he's contracted but I don't think its up any time soon. His situation is never mentioned as a pressing matter

In fairness the OL in front of ponder has been horrific today. He hardly looked like a deer in headlights in his 1st nfl game against the champs last week. In fact, his poise in the pocket has been something that he's been praised for consistently

It's frustrating alright. Don't mind the losing, it's the lack of effort at times that is painful.
