looks interesting, trying to nail down exactly what you get for joining - had a look and correct me if wrong:

apart from the free lesson and balls.

    Access to driving range
Access to the practise chipping facilities etc
    Access to indoor putting green

anything I am missing, to the guys who are already members has it been busy when you have gone?

Yup, you got it in one, there are also 2 big greens kept in good nic for putting.

It hasn't been busy the times i've been there.

On Monday evenings they seem to have group coaching on, but they practice from the bays on the artifical mats, those times we're off the grass to the right (out of harms way)

One thing that did annoy me is the fact that they have spinning classes or boot camp (whatever you want to call it) in the academy building itself. Everytime i've been there, there has been music blaring out of the place and an instructor roaring. I've had this happen during the day and at night at various times. However, while it was unsettling at first, its amazing how you can block it out when your focusing on your practice.

How good is the indoor putting area?

Haven't used it yet, but had a quick look in there. Its about the size of a decent sized living room.

I have only used it during the day and its vey peaceful there. really is a beautiful resort. i have heard the spinning classes Sat am alright .. but as you say concentration blocks out everything. Being able to drive up there now is a definite improvement. Im going to book my free lesson shortly, its with Brian one of the pros apparently. Improving my short game is a must for me.
