Arts and Crafts shop. One in the Jervis.. even Claire's accessories would have that at this time of the year. Snazzaroo is good.

There's lots of facepaint around at the moment (assume you can use it on the body too!). I just got myself some snazzaroo the other day and it's quite good. Art and hobby shop is slightly cheaper than claires accessories for the same set (~5euro vs 6euro, but why spend more than you need to!).

There's also other cheapish sets in 2euro shops, card shops and tuthills.
