I am working with a payment processing company to process my clients’ payments online. This company, in all of my history working with payment processing companies, has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have only received one, and I mean one, report in the last six months! Being a CPA, I need an exact break down of where my money is going! Oh and forget fraud tools or charge back reporting capability, I don’t even think they know what that is! Please help I need a new provider!

A company I worked for used AIB and Realex. They provide a monthly report by email and you can view transactions in realtime

After much consideration, and being on hold with several different payment processing companies I decided to go with ……
M2 Worldwide LLC
After being placed on hold several times with other companies, sometimes for up to 7 minutes I placed a call to M2 and got right to a customer service rep! Not only was the representative well informed but he was able to cater to my needs. He did a great job explaining the reporting system that they use, how I can view it online, and how their company has the most “sophisticated reporting system” to date.
They also had the lowest rates out of any company I contacted.

I would like to take this time to introduce myself. I recently just opened up my very own accounting firm, and now I can say I am a very proud business owner! I started out going to college for accounting, became a CPA, and now owning my own business has truly been a blessing. Although there are struggles, things that no one tells you about when starting your own company, it is still better than working for the “man”. Not really. Certainly not enough to advise people to use a little known, American website that seems to have sprung up out of the groundin the past 5 years.

I'm not sure where you are finding your research, but the research that I did before going with them was that: they have been in business for over 20 years, they have clients that consist of fortune 500 companies, and have offices in several different locations including the UK. So far they have been wonderful to work with and I have no complaints or issues with their processing system. If it's good enough for the fortune 500 companies, I'm sure it will work for my company!
