Hey guys, going out for a meal this week-which is the healthiest option?
    ORIENTAL STIR FRY

Fresh crisp vegetables in a sweet and sour sauce served with saffron rice.
    Stir Fry:
    Vegetarian stir fry
    FISH DISHES
Served with choice of potato & fresh vegetables or fries & salad.

    SUPREME OF SALMON
Baked fillet of Salmon with a lemon and chive butter

    CAJUN SALMON
Baked fillet of Salmon coated in Cajun spices and served with a fresh coriander natural yoghural dip

Salmon, stay away from sweet and sour whatever you do.

Salmon served with potato and veg (obviously not fries)

    Potato is better than rice
Anything is better than sweet and sour.

But tbh, 1 meals means nothing

Surely in the great scheme of things one meal makes little/no difference overall.

I'd say it's important to be able to occasionally enjoy yourself, then not fall off the wagon and continue to have unsuitable meals on a regular basis...

One meal from any of these menus means nothing on their own. But if you indulge in the wrong ones on a regular basis you are asking for trouble.

However, the Cajun Salmon sounds like the best bet to me.

    Hope this helps. :)
