Lads, heres a few apps that anyone with an android phone may find useful, if anyone has any more apps for android or iphone that may be handy then lets hear about them. Most, if not all of these apps are available for the iPhone aswell.

Strelok: A ballistics calculator, that after adding in some info. like bullet BC \ weight etc, then distance, wind speed and wind direction will give you all the info you need to dial in your scope or will graphically display the correct holdover for lots of different reticles.

My Track: A GPS using app that enables you to track your path, set away points etc. I found this handy in a new lease that I wasnt familiar with, it let me save decent spots and enabled me to wander all the tracks and bends without the chance of getting lost.

EMERGENCY: A handy app that once set up will sent an emergency text message that you have prewritten along with your gps location to the pre selected mobile number of your choice.
If the receipients phone has Google maps on it, it will show your location on the map, if not, the grid reference co ordinates are in the text message or you can go onto google maps on you laptop or pc, input the co ordinates and you'll get the gps position on the maps there.

Hope some of you find them handy.
