    Hi,

Maybe someone can help me with the following.
I have a small unit rented to a guy for the last 9 years. He pays €150 weekly for it and we have no contract.
His son is now getting involved in his business and I am afraid he could cause problems paying the rent.

Where do I stand on this. Can they just stop paying rent, or do they have to keep paying. Is there any way I could get them out if a problem arises?

    Thanks in advance
