Never done that one. I'd say you've a very slim chance of finding someone who has worked on that exact project. I've been involved with some people who were doing it Macedonia. They seemed to like it but said the money is not much to live on. I'd say make sure you have some of your own savings before you go.

I just thought I'd chance it cause they say they've had 1500 people doing it.. Has anyone had any experience of EVS or being in Iceland?
