graduate visa/ green card

    Hi,

    Would some one tell me that i got 6 months graduate visa while having 6 months graduate visa rule changed to one year ....I am wondering I am back on student visa now, One of company is willing to give me a job , just wondering can i get remaining 6 months graduate visa or any gradute visa so, then i can apply for green card permit while not going out from Ireland otherwise i have to leave a country...regards

    Eh? Are you saying you were on the graduate scheme and went back to student visa? You cannot apply for Green Card or any employment permit if you are on student visa. You would need to leavethe State to make an application in that case. If you are currently on the Graduate scheme, then you do not need to leave the State to make an application.

    Thanks for your reply but i wanted to know that because rule were changed to one year when i got six months graduate scheme...Just wondering is their any possibility to get six more months graduate scheme visa....:rolleyes:
