Its only a 2 month old gun so would it be down to dirt or would you think i need a new one?? it was started doing it slowly not all of a shoot.

well you dont need a new gun any way and i doubt its from dirt.
Any retailer will fix it for you or you could bring it back and get a refund.

unless it's a serious problem, firing mode issues are usually easy to fix, my m16 does it everynow and again, i just take the gear box out and play with the selector plate, but yeah bring it to a retailer and they'll have a lok at it for ya

as above, but i find its the spring on the side of the selector plate, its small and generally weak on the classic army aeg, i own one and have had to change this spring to a stronger one, and its perfect now.
