"Can someone let us know how we get to the car park shown in the video?"
Head out to Kilmacanogue on the N11 and take the exit for Glendalough. This road is called the " Long Hill" and as you ascend this road for about 3 miles or so you will see the Sugar Loaf on your left. Take the road to the top of the hill and watch out for a left turning which will take you to the car park at the foot of Sugar Loaf. DO NOT leave any valuables in your car while it is parked in the car park. From the car park to the summit of the Loaf it takes a fit person approx. 20 minutes. On a clear day the views are fantastic and well worth the effort it takes to climb.
    Good luck

You can also take the exit for the glenview hotel, instead of turning in to the entrance of the glenview follow the road round to the right up a steep hill. Follow the road for a couple of miles until you see the car park on your right.

Thanks, guys, for the info and the tip about leaving stuff in the car.

"Fit person" - 20mins. We'll need at least an hour so!!

It won't be today, anyway, as there's a severe weather alert. Not to mention Man U v Man C. :). Might be fun up there in a storm, though:).

    Thanks again.
