    Hey Guys,
I'm just wondering do the county council re-assess one's family income every year for awarding grants. I just went through it this year and it seemed like alot of hassle that I hopefully won't have to go through again next year...

Sometimes they do, and they nearly all do a full resubmission every second year.

Just order your p21's in april and hang on to p60s and the like. It should be fairly straightforward after you know what they'll be looking for.

Is this just for the parents or for myself aswell?

You and your parents (presuming you're dependant). Honestly, just start collecting the p21s and other statements early, it's a lot easier when you're not looking for them in august with the rest of the country
